One of my clients are looking for a hybrid role someone who will wokr as both a BI Developer and Scrum Master. You will be a member of an agile team and do development in Power BI and lead the team in agile as a Scrum master. It includes facilitating agile ceremonies such as holding daily stand-ups and contributing to the team's well-being and functioning effectively by encouraging and driving changes and improvements in the way of working.

You are also the team's contact person to our other departments and development teams. The BI team today consists of data engineers, data warehousing developers, report developers, architects and product owners.

They work agile (SAFe) with continuous delivery. The teams are responsible for the entire chain from requirements understanding, development, deployment to management and support. The most important thing for them is your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn new things and contribute to our development and our culture.

They work in the Microsoft BI stack in Azure with e.g. Power BI Service, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS.

Who we are looking for
We wish you to fulfill the following points:
* At least 5 years of experience in development in Power BI
* Experience in dataset development and tabular modeling
* Experience with report/app development
* Experience with Power BI Service
* Relevant college or university education
* Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
