Technical Support Consultant


My client is an established FinTech organisation who are looking to grow their team. They have offices in Asia, America and in the UK and have a lot of exciting projects lined up. We are looking for a Technical Support professional that is customer-focused minded with excellent communication skills. Within this role, you are going to be managing tickets, identify and investigate tasks, manage and reset passwords and ensure that clients are always happy. There is lots of opportunities to progress into a senior position too.

This is a permanent role, hybrid working with 3x/week in the office in Bournemouth and 2x/week working from home. There is flexibility on start times as well.

Experience required:

* Great SQL experience and SQL Database
* Zen Desk experience (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills
