Head of BI & Analytics | Östergötland | Manufacturing Industry

One of my clients in the manufacturing industry are looking to grow their team with a Head of BI & Analytics!

The Head of BI & Analytics will be responsible for leading the Business Intelligence and data analytics function. This includes leading and mentoring the BI & Analytics team, define & execute on strategic roadmaps and collaborate with business stakeholders.

What you will do:
Build, manage & coach the BI & Analytics team to create scalable enterprise solutions
Own the roadmap for BI & Analytics & drive improvements in how we work with data
Build and promote relationship and communication bridges with other teams and business stakeholders
Support our company to make strategic and tactical decision based on facts and data

Profile description:
Besides a strong passion for Data & Analytics, you have proven experience in a similar role and you have the ability to inspire and lead teams
* Strong communication skills
* 5+ years' experience in managing other team members in a formal or informal capacity
* Strategic and technical leadership experience
* Understanding of the Business Intelligence landscape & domain best practice
* Strong organizational skills
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
