Lead Full Stack Developer

Role Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with the CTO in customer meetings to comprehensively understand pain points and propose effective technical solutions.
* Taking a leadership role in technology choices, emphasising efficiency and innovation.
* Developing new functionalities using .NET Core C#, SQL, TypeScript, and Angular.
* Overseeing Azure deployment.
* Leading and contributing to the development of the in-house team.

Requirements:

* Solid experience in .NET C#, SQL, and Azure Deployment.
* Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with developers and customers.
* Organised with a demonstrated ability to take responsibility for product outcomes.
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Pluses:

* Proven experience in startup/scale-up environments.
* Proficiency in the Norwegian language.
* A genuine interest in AI and automation.
