About the Role:
We are seeking an additional team member to join our BI team. In this role, you will actively participate in agile development using Power BI and take on the leadership responsibilities of a Scrum master. Your responsibilities will include conducting agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, and contributing to the team's overall well-being and efficiency. This involves promoting and implementing changes and enhancements to our work processes. You will also serve as the primary contact between the BI team and other departments and development teams. Our BI team comprises data engineers, data warehousing developers, report developers, architects, and product owners, all working collaboratively in an agile (SAFe) framework with a focus on continuous delivery.
We prioritize a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and contribute to our team's development and culture. Currently, our work revolves around the Microsoft BI stack in Azure, utilizing tools such as Power BI Service, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Experience in Power BI development
* Proficiency in dataset development and tabular modeling
* Experience in report/app development
* Familiarity with Power BI Service
* Relevant college or university education
* Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish

* Experience working in DevOps teams
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
* Prior experience as a Scrum master
* Certification in Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies
