Software Engineering Manager - Epsom - up to GBP75k

I am currently working with a very well established organisation who are specialising in car manufacturing.They are looking for a Software Engineering Manager, to effectively manage, coach and support the team. They work in an agile environment and you must have experience working within an agile environment. Within this role, you will be expected to mainly manage people, but at the same time you will still be hands-on when and if required.

The organisation will help up-skill you and get you exactly where you want to be career wise. Progression within the organisation can be achieved fast. Culture is really important to them, and they are looking for great leaders.



Experience required:

* Previous experience as a Data Engineer / Developer
* Leadership skills
* Experience working in Agile methodology
* Excellent communication skills
* Azure Tech Stack (Data Factory / Synapse / Databricks)
