Head of Data & Analytics - London

Are you looking for a new role as a Head of Data and Analytics to join a global organisation?

My client is an established organisation within the real estate industry who are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the EMEA team. Within this role, you will be responsible for promoting data innovation, drive the decision-making across the whole organisation. Also, you will be heavily involved into creating the road map and the strategy for the entire organisation.

Within this role you will also be responsible to oversee the Data Strategy and Analytics tools, collaborate with partners and other business leaders, lead and mentor the IT data team, hire and new members and make sure the team is working smoothly and efficiently.



Experience required:

* Proven experience in leadership and data-driven roles
* Strong background of data strategy and analytics tools (Power BI / Azure Data Stack / SQL / Data Science)
* Effective communication and management of stakeholders
* Strong people coaching, mentoring and managing experience
