Job description

Data Analyst | Financial Sector | Stockholm

NFI- 22.03.23 AVW_1679648965

Do you want to merge your passion of data and your interest in the financial sector? Well I'm working with a company that works to help their customers make informed decisions about their financial needs ensuring that they fully understand all their options.

The data analyst role here isn't your typical one, you will be given the responsibility to work much more with the business, as such you will need to be a communicative, and friendly individual who feels comfortable interacting with various people on a daily basis.

Here you will be part of a proactive team working closely with various other departments that span across the whole business such as Data & Machine Learning, BI, Marketing, Product and Partnership, CRM and Customer Service.

The company itself is a small and growing subsidiary of a larger global organization, here you get the autonomy and flat leadership of a smaller group but with the security and diversity affiliated with a larger force. This organisation is looking to grow its BI team owed to the increased demand over their knowledge and technical competence and are looking to take the next step in coming a fully data-driven organisation.

An Ideal Candidate will have…

* Experience with visualisation tools such as SQL, Tableau or PowerBI
* Experience working with large amounts of data
* Experience making complex analyses understandable to other areas of the business and communicating findings to management
* Experience working with Snowflake and Python

A bonus if you…

* Have experience with predictive modelling and text analysis

So what can they offer you?

* This organization has ambitious growth plans with the resources needed to support this through its affiliation with a larger global group.
* Flexible work, here there is always the opportunity to work from the office but also the ability to work a few days a week from home when suits you
* Competitive salary with good pension, insurance, parental leave and wellness allowance.
* A very sociable company, they organize trips going away with colleagues from different countries, last year they organized a trip to Spain
* Although they have a large brand presence within Sweden they feel there is always room to improve, as such they highly value their employees opinions and encourage sharing ideas.

If this sounds like an interesting opportunity that you would like to learn more about then reach out and we can organize a time to discuss this in more detail and how you can apply!
