End User - D365 F&O Operations Analyst - Gothenburg


Job Description

We are currently working with an exclusive client in the trade & logistics space, who are currently undergoing a major project of upgrading to Dynamics 365 F&O - and require an additional member to play a role as part of the internal IT/ERP project team.

My client are looking for someone skilled in Dynamics 365 F&O who can work to support the operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

You will work in a customer facing role, assisting the users daily and working to find solutions to ensure consistent performance when it comes to delivery and performance.

You will be working across the areas of sales, purchase, production, warehousing and finance - in a broad capacity.

This role will allow for the chance to work on a large and complex platform, with varied responsibilities, the chance to work with the latest technologies within the D365 F&O platform and have a flexible daily work schedule.

The role is based in Gothenburg, where you will work closely with the other team members collaborating together regularly.

Role & Responsibilities

* Training, workshops, user support
* Process optimisations within D365 F&O
* Improving internal work methods, process flows
* Requirements gathering and application configuration

Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ Years of MS Dynamics AX application experience (advantage to work with D365 F&O)
* Experienced working with modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Previous project and/or operations experience
