ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design, develop, validate and support enhancements, customizations, reports, and integrations for D365 F&O
Meet with both clients and functional consultants to document, understand, and translate business requirements to technical solutions
Maintain production and development environments and codebases
Work with project managers to plan, estimate, prioritize, and track technical and development work items
Present to and train staff on technical concepts including application architecture, development concepts, performance best practices, and system administration
Analyze business problems and create Technical Design and Solutions along with Best Practice documentation
Working knowledge of Management Reporter/Financial Reports or SSRS tools to retrieve, analyze, transform, and report data to the business
Exhibits solid communication and presentation skills
Ensures appropriate project documentation is produced. Manages and controls changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team
Assists business in documenting and executing test plans and test scripts. Designs, tests, and implements application enhancements. Runs tests scripts to find errors
Responds to Microsoft service desk issues and provides appropriate solutions. Troubleshoots, assists users, and investigates issues
Participates in special projects as directed
SUPERVISION GIVEN AND RECEIVED
Directly reports to Director of Program Mangement; works independently with minimum supervision.
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Internal contact with all employees. External contact with consultants, business and technology vendors, and UniPro Members and Suppliers.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Required to participate in training programs to increase professional knowledge.
Ability to work with business partners in remote locations
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Possess excellent analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills. Has strong written and oral communication skills and is an initiative-taking individual contributor as well as a strong collaborator. Works effectively on multiple assignments and projects. Is able to maintain quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules and has strong customer orientation.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a minimum of three (3) years experience in ERP development is required. Required certifications include MD 365 or Dynamics AX, DIXF Tools, C# / .Net / VB Net, SSRS or Management Reporter/Financial Reports, and X++ Programming/Development. Proven leadership, positive attitude and effective communication skills are required to reach project objectives.
