Duties and Responsibilities
Process Improvement - Meet with users and stakeholders to determine inefficiencies and/or gaps in current accounting processes. Assess D365 functionality and/or third party solutions to address business needs and identify areas requiring customization. Compose requirements documents for D365 Partner development and implementation. Review of functional and technical design documents. Compose and execute testplans for new functionality to assure that it meets the requirements. Compose user documentation and work with end-users on testing and training of new functionality.
Participate in regression testing and implementation of upgrades to D365 and Project Cost Management Addon (Construct).
Keep up-to-date on D365 new features and application roadmap.
Strictly adherence to Software Development Lifecycle Policy.
Troubleshoot production issues as needed.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5-7 years of accounting and/or ERP implementation experience.
2+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or Dynamics AX 2012
Advanced Excel skills including power query and macros.
SQL query language a plus.
Familiarity with Azure and power platform architecture a plus.
Management Reporter (formerly FRx) a plus.
