ERP Analyst - Dynamics NAV - Totowa, NJ - 85k

Our client is a Dynamics NAV end user in the wholesale distribution space that is rapidly expanding and in need of an ERP Administrator to assist their IT Director in daily support and reporting efforts.

We are in need of a business savvy, finance focused individual with a background on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision and an understanding of business processes in a distribution environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, including finance, warehousing, and customer service.

Your new role will involve:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's Dynamics NAV system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the Microsoft VAR
* Play a key functional role in a future upgrade to Business Central
* Troubleshoot system errors
* Provide training to users on ERP processes
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems such as Lanham E-Receive and E-Ship

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV, Navision, or Business Central
* Well-rounded business process acumen
* Understanding of inventory, warehousing, and accounting processes
* Experience with Jet Reports or SQL is a plus
* Great communication skills capable of coordinating with technical and non-technical personnel
* Ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize into meaningful and actionable insights and reports
