ERP Support Analyst - NAV/BC - Long Island, NY - Remote

Are you a Dynamics NAV professional looking to take your career to the next level?

Our client is a rapidly growing medical device manufacturing organization who is in the process of implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The company is a global leader with a major investment in R&D and technology infrastructure with ten locations across the United States. They are looking for an ERP Support Manager with either NAV or Business Central experience who can work closely with end users on delivering an effective implementation across their plants.

Your new role will involve:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's Dynamics Business Central system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
* Gather requirements and perform GAP fit analysis
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Assist with Business Intelligence and reporting
* Manage additional technology integration projects

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
* Functional background in Level 1 support, troubleshooting, and training
* Business Central implementation experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand finance and supply chain processes and work with super users to mee these needs
* Knowledge of Power BI or Jet Reports a plus
