We have recently started working with a Dynamics 365 F&O end user in the high-tech manufacturing sector who is in need of a resource like you!

As part of an initiative to improve ERP infrastructure and business efficiency, our client is hiring multiple Business Systems Analysts with F&O and/or AX experience to work with key company stakeholders on leveraging technology to maximize workflows. We are looking for one manufacturing and one finance focused Analyst to act as a liaison for their respective departments on these projects.

Your New Role:

* Lead analysis and process improvement efforts on the organization's ERP system
* Gather requirements and document functional specifications
* Coordinate technical upgrades and manage software integration projects
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders, the development team, and the external Microsoft VAR
* Troubleshoot system errors, documenting frequent issues and identifying broader solutions
* Provide training to users on optimal ways to use the ERP

What you'll need:

* Experience with Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 preferred
* Expertise in either the Finance or Manufacturing modules
* Food & beverage, manufacturing, or warehousing/distribution industry background
* Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
* Exposure to SharePoint and Azure is preferred, not required
* Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements
* Excellent communication skills
