An industry leading Microsoft Partner is seeking a Business Central Support Consultant to work with users at existing clients on NAV troubleshooting, training, and systems improvement.

This role is with a well-established Microsoft Partner who has clients all throughout the United States, and is widely recognized as one of the top VARs within a niche sector of the ERP marketplace.

Work within a collaborative team of NAV professionals who put the customer first, and gain knowledge not only with the latest versions of NAV, but also various ISV products, and most excitingly, D365 Business Central.

Your New Role as Functional Consultant will be to work with clients in the post go-live phase who are looking to make fixes and improvements within their NAV/BC system, and who want to train their employees on its functionality; as well as with clients who are identifying best practices for implementing a new system and conducting gap-fit analysis on ways to improve ERP processes. You will be consulting with clients throughout various industries including manufacturing, warehousing, food, and non-profit.

What You'll Need:

* Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics Business Central
* Experience with support, troubleshooting, training, and implementation
* Solid accounting and finance knowledge
* Experience consulting for manufacturing and distribution clients
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in the Microsoft Partner channel preferred, not required
