An industry leading Software Implementation Firm is seeking a BC Support Consultant to work with users at existing clients on troubleshooting, training, and systems improvement.

This role is with a well-established Microsoft Partner who has clients all throughout the United States, and dominates a niche sector of the manufacturing sector.

Work within a collaborative team of NAV professionals who put the customer first, and gain knowledge not only with the latest versions of NAV, but also various ISV products, and most excitingly, D365 Business Central.

Your New Role as Functional Consultant will be to work with clients in the post go-live phase who are looking to make fixes and improvements within their ERP system, and who want to train their employees on its functionality; as well as with clients who are identifying best practices for implementing a new system and conducting gap-fit analysis on ways to improve ERP processes. You will be consulting with clients throughout various industries including manufacturing, warehousing, food, and non-profit.

What You'll Need:

* Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central Preferred
* Experience with support, troubleshooting, training, and implementation
* Understanding of CAD and other Manufacturing System Integrations preferred
* Experience with SQL Server preferred
* Excellent communication skills and customer facing ability
* Experience on Business Central implementations a plus
