Location: Oslo, Norway (In-office presence required for several days weekly)

Role and Responsibilities: As a Modern Workplace Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering transformative solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Engaging with clients to understand their business needs and challenges related to modern workplace solutions.
* Designing and implementing Microsoft 365 and Office 365 solutions to optimize collaboration, communication, and productivity.
* Providing expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related tools and technologies.
* Assessing existing workplace setups and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiency and security.
* Conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients on modern workplace best practices.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our services.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Modern Workplace Consultant or similar role, with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 implementations.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools and services.
* Experience in assessing, planning, and executing modern workplace transformation projects.
* Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in modern workplace setups.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Norwegian language skills are preferred, but proficiency in English is acceptable.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
