D365 F&O Technical Support - London/Hybrid - Up to £60k

Nigel Frank are currently teamed up with a highly innovative industry disrupter who need a D365 F&O support with technical expertise to join the team. Are you the right specialist for the job?

My client is looking for a D365 system expert who thrives when delivering exquisite support to users. After having adopted Microsoft's flagship ERP system, my client recognises the crucial need for an even better support system with prompt guidance. The right candidate for the job will need unrivalled experience at delivering effective and efficient technical and overall system support to ensure business objectives can be met.

The experience required and responsibilities of the candidate they're looking for are below -

Day-to-day responsibilities

* Provide top-quality system expertise to users to alleviate any potential issues
* Use technical D365 system knowledge to navigate users through the system to help ensure the optimal functioning Microsoft's D365 F&O
* Work with surrounding IT/functional teams to help the wider business function from a systems perspective

Skills & Experience required

* 3+ years' experience working with Dynamics AX/D365 F&O
* Technical knowledge of D365/IT
* Experience working with a range of D365 specialists
