Dynamics CE Application Owner


End user client in Coventry is seeking an Application Specialist for their D365 CE Sales and Marketing applications. They are looking for someone to take ownership of the maintenance and ongoing enhancements of these systems, as well as ensuring data integrity

- Support and develop the D365 Sales and Marketing Applications

- Work with others in the business to determine priorities, capture requirements and design and deploy solutions in line with business goals

- Proactively communicate and collaborate with business owners and the enterprise applications team

- Ensure high quality data within the Sales and Marketing platforms and gather reporting requirements

- Work with Senior BI Analyst to build dashboards and reports to enable the business to make informed decisions

- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the Sales and Marketing user base

- Provide user training

- Problem solving, troubleshooting and identifying issues; finding solutions to mitigate repeat issues

- Create and maintain thorough documentation


- Strong knowledge of Dynamics Sales and Marketing platforms, understanding their flows, interfaces, dashboards, etc

- Ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders across the business

- Experience in user training

- Ability to configure Dynamics 365

- Understanding of how to create the simplest, lowest code solutions possible in Dynamics

- Ability to travel on site to office in Coventry twice per week
