Help Desk Manager

Help Desk Manager--Orlando, FL

This agricultural operations company based just outside of Orlando is currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to lead a team of help desk technicians and network operations specialists. You will oversee the IT help desk staff, wok with IT engineers to choose the best technologies, and make sound purchasing decisions. You will also assist in ERP projects where necessary. This is a great opportunity to take on more leadership responsibilities, and to work in a collaborative work environment with remote flexibility.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage help desk staff through performance evaluations, training, and promotions
* Create metrics to measure the efficiency of the department and user satisfaction
* Assist in ERP, including acting as the IT liaison for go-lives
* Help different office locations determine equipment need

Skills & Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience working with ERPs and Project Management
* Network Operations expeirence
* 5+ years of expeirence working as a helpdesk resource
