Dynamics CRM Business Analyst-- Boston, MA

This well established end user is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT team, and provide world class services to their customers. You will identify and document business requirements, describe business processes, and assist in creating development plans. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, and looks forward to working with clients directly. Role & Responsibilities

* Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure information systems are aligned with current and future requirements
* Identify and and document business requirements, describe business processes, and take part in the formulation, scoping, and development of business solutions
* Gain a deep understanding of the company's business processes including sales, service, operations, and finance

Skills & Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM and Business Analysis
* Experience with data analysis and BI/Reporting platforms like Power BI, Tabeau, and Excel Power Pivot
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Passion for Business Systems
