Senior CRM Analyst--Houston, TX

This organization in the hospitality industry is looking for a Business Analyst, to play a central role in the growth of the company. You will work with the director of CRM to drive development, optimization, integration, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics. You will be responsible for training and mentoring more junior employees, and guide discovery sessions. This company is offering a competitive salary, and a hybrid work model to promote a healthy work life balance.

Role & Responsibilities

* Create, modify, sand maintain system customizations
* Provide help desk support to all system users
* work with the marketing team and Director of CRM to manage ongoing developments, and enhancements

Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience with Dynamics CRM and Power BI
* Ability to develop custom sales and marketing analytics
* Experience with Dynamics Marketing
