This leading global innovation service provider is looking for a Business analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for implementations, configurations, customizations, and migrations of their current CRM system. You will also be responsible for gathering business requirements and working with stakeholders. This organization is offering a competitive salary, and remote flexibility.

Role & Responsibilities

* Gather business requirements from stakeholders and run design sessions
* Run the migration project form Salesforce to Dynamics CRM
* Train users on the system, and create training documents

Skills & Qualifications

* Prior experience with Dynamics CRM
* Experience with technical configuration
* Prior experience with implementations, configurations, customizations, and migrations
