Business Analyst

Retail Business Analyst-- Passaic, NJ

This is an exciting new hybrid Dynamics CRM Business Analyst role based in Passaic New Jersey. You will be the go-to person for the CRM system, and analyze areas of improvement to give users with exceptional service. You will work with a friendly team to gain experience in the banking industry, and grow your understanding of Dynamics CRM capabilities.

Role & Responsibilities

* Maintain relationships with business partners, internal resources, and system users
* Responsible for the training manuals and procedures for all managed systems
* Identifies and corrects errors made by system users and communicates errors to employees and management to educate the staff on proper usage of the system and for coaching purposes

Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM
* Prior experience in the banking industry preferred
* Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
