Senior Dynamics CRM Analyst-- Houston, TX

This small hospitality company is looking for a Senor CRM Analyst to to help grow their organization. You will be part of the development, optimization, itegration, and adoption of their Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. you will work with a close-knit IT and marketing team to solve issues, and enhance the overall system. They are offering great benefits and remote flexibility.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage ongoing system deployments and enhancements by communicating with users and teammates
* Provide daily help desk support to system users, as well as training
* Analyze current database to identify opportunities and strategies

Skills & Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience with Dynamics CRM
* Ability to develop custom sales and marketing analytics
* Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
* Dynamics certification is a plus
