IT OPERATION CLOUD ENGINEER

We are looking for a talented professional to join the team as IT Operation Cloud Engineer, reporting to the IT Operation Director.

Main Responsibilities Include:



* Collaborate with the IT Architect team and coordinate IT Service Provider to address requirements and priorities on initiatives
* Coordinate, plan and control IT Service Provider activities in all environments shoreside (cloud) and onboard (Azurestack HCI and VMWARE partition)
* Support IT Architect in Kubernetes, Microservices definition
* Participate to working groups and business initiatives requiring Cloud and Kubernetes knowledge
* Contribute to the preparation of the technical documentation (manual, presentation, guidelines)
* Act as a technical support for external providers in relation to deployment of systems delivery, incident - problem - changes analysis
* Develop and maintain appropriate communication channels/tools with the Corporation community and fluent working relationships
* Interact with different Corporate Teams mainly in Network, Security and infrastructure.
* Interface with the cruise lines IT teams for the roll-out of the various activities accordingly to the plans
* Promote corporate culture and values among employees, leveraging positive relationships with the company's leaders to obtain optimum results.



Key Requirements

* experience in Cloud environment administration for multinational and complex environments. Preferred 3+ year experience in Microsoft Azure
* Solid Technology background (track of learning achievements and certifications would be appreciated)
* Excellent analytic and conceptual thinking skills
* Professional knowledge in the areas of Kubernetes, Microservices and Containerized applications is mandatory
* Experience in the above areas is greatly appreciate
* Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
* Team working attitude and influential skills
* Effective negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent documentation skills
* Proficient knowledge of English B2 level (any other language represents an appreciated skill)
