Job Description: Senior System Engineer (M365)

Role & Responsibilities

* Designing cloud services for new products and customer projects using Microsoft 365 and Azure
* Assessing requirements for feasibility and their impact on existing systems
* Planning and implementing projects involving Microsoft Teams, Teams Enterprise Voice, Sharepoint Online
* Managing governance and data classification projects
* Leading on-premise to cloud transition projects
* Crafting Microsoft 365 solutions for single and multi-tenant environments
* Defining methods, standards, and tools for system development and operation
* Overseeing system migration, development, configuration, testing, and introduction
* Diagnosing and resolving system malfunctions and errors
* Maintaining technical documentation and system overviews
* Providing pre- and post-sales support to service teams and internal departments
* Enhancing departmental standard concepts and driving automation/efficiency improvements

Skills & Qualifications

* Completed IT training as a system technician EFZ or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure
* Microsoft 365 certifications are a plus
* Higher computer science training (HF/FH) is advantageous
* Fluent in German and proficient in English
