Job Description

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Dynamics 365 analyst/administrator role contributes to the overall success of the organisation by providing technical support and assistance to team members in a friendly and professional

Role & Responsibilities

* Continuous improvement of the organisations CRM, Sharepoint (Dynamics CRM) including investigative work to determine new business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information process, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change
* Select, adopt and adapt appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques, selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for business requirements, user specifications, process mapping and feasibility studies
* Analyse and design new business processes, identify alternative solutions to exploit new technologies and automation within Dynamics eco system including 3rd party plug-ins
* Develop graphical representations of business processes to facilitate understanding and decision making
* Assess the feasibility of business process changes and recommend new approaches
* Manage the execution of business process improvements
* Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for complex business process change initiativesKey Position Tasks
* Gathering, documenting and validating internal requirements for improved business outcomes, conduct stakeholder meetings and analysing existing AS-IS artefacts (e.g., process documentation and reporting) to identify and extract requirements to be validated with users
* Documenting TO-BE processes and training materials to improve business outcomes
* Working with SMEs to create a standard suite of management reports and dashboards
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of new/ad hock reports required by business units
* Working with an external vendor to develop and integrate Power BI and business intelligence engines into existing applications i.e., finance, CRM, ETL warehouse etc.
* Facilitating and/or participating in internal workshops to define business improvements
* Participating in external workshops with vendors
* Data Analysis & data mapping
* Participate and manage IT projects as required
* Provide advice to the Leadership Team, Frontline Managers and Team Members on the appropriate and most efficient use of technology solutions, applications and services.
* Develop and maintain collaborative, trusting, and productive relationships with key stakeholders, including Leadership team and business team members
* Work effectively and cohesively as part of the IT team
* Contribute to a positive, safe, and effective working environment and culture



Skills & Qualifications

* Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product (2011 / 2013 /2015 /2016 / D365 / Power Platform), preferably membership based
* A computer science degree or Masters of Information Technology
