We are looking for a BI Visualization Leader to support our client's digital evolution.

Your Responsibilities:

* Crafting meaningful insights from data through the creation of dashboards and compelling narratives, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
* Offering expert guidance on solution architecture, hosting models, licensing, and the evolution of technology lifecycles in the field of data visualization (including PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, and more).
* Providing guidance in the Business Intelligence area, sharing and expanding this knowledge with both our clients and internal teams.
* Developing technical solutions, designing operational models, and formulating service approaches for Business Intelligence projects and teams.
* Taking the lead in developing, and mentoring the data visualization team by defining the strategy, crafting the development plan, and executing it effectively.
Skills and Interests:

* A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a genuine desire to engage with business users and collaborate in creating value.
* Mastery of various data visualization tools, both front-end (dashboard design) and back-end capabilities (data manipulation, performance optimization, security, and integration into other IT systems).
* An acute understanding of data modeling.
* Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and nurture our client's needs as well as our consultants.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory).
