D365 Business Central Application Manager - END-USER

Our client is a leading organization in the manufacturing and we are seeking a skilled Application Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our Business Central applications, from design and development to deployment and ongoing support. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our systems meet the needs of our business and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of Business Central applications based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user needs, propose innovative solutions, and define project scope and timelines.
* Manage the implementation process, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
* Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Business Central, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the effective use of Business Central applications.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are highly desirable.
* Proven experience as an Application Manager or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Strong knowledge of business processes, specifically in finance, supply chain, and operations.
* Proficiency in customizing and configuring Business Central modules, including financial management, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing.
* Experience with application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Solid understanding of integration methodologies, web services, APIs, and data migration strategies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
