Cloud Scripting Specialist - Aalborg - Hybrid

A leading supplier of PIM solutions in Aalborg is looking to hire a Cloud Scripting Specialist to join and be at the forefront of their operations support team. This company operates on an individual operating environment for each customer to increase flexibility, which puts more demand on the optimization and automation of the operating processes. In this role, you will have influence on the direction of the team through 2nd and 3rd level support, whilst collaborating with a leading provider of Azure operations to ensure the best support for customers. You will be part of a small, close-knit team in a larger, growing and ambitious company. This is the perfect opportunity for an outgoing and service-minded administrator who wants to join an exciting journey.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Your responsibilities will include setting up new customers, general operations and 2nd and 3rd line support of the application itself.
* You will be a face of the company when interacting with customers, using a service mind to resolve customers cases.
* You will be responsible for the relationship with the customer's external provider of Azure operations.
* Your main focus will be scripting and automation.

Requirements:

* Strong experience with operations and supporting of complex SaaS solutions
* Experience with Microsoft Azure, MS SQL, Windows Server and API services.
* Experience with scripting and automation
* General knowledge of software architecture
