Full Stack Developer (.NET or Java Backend)

Full Stack Developer - Aarhus - Hybrid

An Aarhus consultancy, with an aim of helping both their customers and employees move into a better place, are looking for a full stack developer with backend experience in .NET or Java. Although this is a full stack role, it is heavily focused on backend, so this is important. Frontend experience in React, Typescript, Angular or JavaScript is desired, and a combination of all would be amazing. They are highly focused on team growth and pride themselves on having a team focused work culture. You will never be partnered with a customer that doesn't fit your personality, skillset or overall preference, so you be confident that you can apply yourself to your work knowing that it is the best fit for you.

Role and Responsibilities:

* You will converse and build a relationship with customers to fulfil their unique needs in development.
* You will work well as part of a highly specialized team of 15, whilst also working well in an independent setting where you are trusted with the autonomy of working with clients
* You will be a full stack developer who is heavily focused on development with .NET or Java, whilst also being able to bring in front end knowledge to offer well rounded development.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience as a full stack developer.
* Sufficient backend experience in .NET or Java.
* Nordic speaking, preferably Danish.
* A consultancy and customer centric mindset with the confidence to pitch, design and present your own ideas to customers.
* The ability to travel to and from customer's bases.
