They are looking to add a skilled field service expert to their internal project team, to help lift and drive the processes in these areas in order to optimise the solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
* Collaboration with stakeholders and understanding core business needs
* Designing and configuring the D365 Field Service solutions
* Providing training and guidance to end users for seamless adoption
* Optimisation and enhancement of field service processes
Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Field Service area
* Proven D365 CE project implementation or operations experience
* Strong problem solving skills and a customer centric mindset
