OUTCOMES
Leverages an in depth knowledge of the D365 solution to optimize the use of D365 in the
Company in harmonization with the global Rolex operating model.
Acts as the primary interface between the RUSA organization, the Global Support team, and
Rolex SA managing Business Case development and escalation of incidents to ensure timely
resolution.
Coordinates testing and QA activities for D365 upgrades and enhancements to ensure bugs do
appear in in our quality or production environments.
Ensures that all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 lifecycle project activities and related
ISV solutions are completed successfully. These duties include but are not limited to: Project
Definition/Estimating, Business Requirements Analysis, Functional/Technical Design, and ongoing QA activities.
Ensures alignment of the Demand Management requests with the global Rolex model focusing
on limiting variation to critical needs.
Develops an understanding and the ability to support core business applications interfacing
with D365.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Experience working with off shore application support.

preparation.

MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's of Science Degree
5+ years working on large scale enterprise applications with specific focus on Dynamics AX
D365 F&O experience and strong technical domain knowledge in one or more specific areas of
F&O including Financial Modules, Projects Module, Trade and Logistics.
3+ years related experience in the following areas:
* Gathering business, technical, and functional requirements
* Assisting in the validation of technical requirements for integrating data systems
* Designing systems and workflow, identifying solutions, multi-tasking and managing
multiple types of support activities, successfully interacting with clients, problemsolving and initiating corrective project actions
* Integrating with D365 CRM a plus
* Knowledge of data sharing standards such as XML or NIEM also a plus
The D365 Functional Analyst will support the D365 Finance and Operations applications for our Finance and Logistics teams. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience providing functional analysis within the finance and operations modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX. (D365 or AX is strongly preferred but similar experience within SAP and/or Oracle would be considered.) Development/coding experience is not necessary as this role is focused on functional analysis. They should understand workflows and solutions within D365 and how to apply those in a globalized organization. (Experience working with offshore support would be helpful as well.) This person should have experience with ISV solutions, QA (quality assurance), and NRT (non-regression testing). Additionally, they should be comfortable communicating with employees at all levels within the organization.
The right candidate will be someone who is open to listening and understanding different point of views with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. They will have strong interpersonal skills, technical acumen, a sense of urgency, and the ability to follow through. This position is located in our LIC office location working on a hybrid schedule. Please note that candidates must be fully vaccinated.
