Position Overview
* Lead Dynamics on Field Service and customer engagement processes.
* Train Key Users on the responsibility area
* Support Dynamics Key Users Control, monitor and report project progress
* Ensure the right and quality communication is executed Assisting in the implementation and testing (integration tests) of dynamics modules Train Key Users Dynamics on Field service processes
* Recovery of System data for migration to Dynamics (contracts, equipments, projects..), supporting the golive and post go-live phase
Key responsibility
* Support Dynamics Key Users
* Receive, document and analyze incidents and work out solutions
* Creating and updating the documentations (test procedures, user manual, etc.)
* Assisting in the implementation and testing (integration tests) of software applications (Operation; EI and Mobile area)
* Train Key Users Dynamics on Operation, Field Service, Trade&Logistic
* Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and exploration of solution alternatives
* Lead Project Team on Mobile Projects
Knowledge and experience
At least 5 years on Dynamics 365 CRM. Experiences on leading team International complex projects experience
