Travel: Hybrid - 3 days in office ideal
Salary: Up to $135,000

* Experience with the Extract, Translate, Load (ETL) process of transitioning a variety of data sources into analytical data sources required

Position Summary: We are looking for a talented Senior Supply Data Analyst, with strong knowledge of SCM and Microsoft Azure. This role will partner with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing business function and be the subject matter expert in Data & Analytics for the Supply Chain/Manufacturing function. The Sr. Data Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, handle data modeling, Wireframe dashboard requirements, and work closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers and Data Visualization Engineers to meet the needs of the business.


Job Duties:

* Take ownership of Data and Analytics Products focused on Transportation, Logistics and Manufacturing functions
* Analyze and understand various source systems and related data structures
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in Data & Analytics domain
* Work with Data Architects to design data models for a various business functions, ensuring adherence to common data models
* Act as the SME/Authority on Data and Visualization assets for Transportation, Logistics and Manufacturing functions
* Follows established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change control, release management and incident management processes while developing and deploying standard reports
* Provide recommendations on the availability of existing reports and suggest opportunities to improve reporting solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least 7 years relevant work experience
* Proficiency in the following areas: PowerBI, Azure, Azure Synapse or SQL Server or Oracle, Azure Data Factory or Informatica Powercenter, and SSIS
* Experience with the Extract, Translate, Load (ETL) process of transitioning a variety of data sources into analytical data sources required
* Experience in relational database design and dimensional modeling
* Research/Peer-Review background with exposure to predictive modeling methodology preferred
* Must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical design skills
* Prior SCM experience
