Job Description


I am recruiting for a Customer IT Manager in Katowice on behalf of one of the leading energy companies in Eastern Europe. As a Customer IT manager you will be in charge of a team of young individuals with over 20 DevOps Engineers. The team is responsible for Dev and Ops for a mobile application and will help develop new features using Azure Cloud services and support Java and .Net Development. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a company that has solutions that are used by thousands of internal employees and millions of customers.


Primary Responsibilities



  • Support market-scan projects for finding new innovative solutions with life cycle management process in place

  • Execute and form together with experts the IT strategy for Staff Function Communications

  • Manage your team budget

  • Automate multiple administrative processes including financial reporting

  • To be the single point of contact for Staff Function Communication

  • Maintain international relationships

  • Make sure the companies processes are understood and followed by everyone involved


Skills and Requirements



  • The ability to lead and motivate team members

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Strong spoken and written communication skills (Polish/English)

  • Strong experience in a related role

  • Strong technical background

  • Must be educated to degree level
