Title: Senior Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant/Business Analyst

Description:

This company is a commercial laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, industrial boilers, and related parts, supplies and technical services. The company is recruiting a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Senior Functional Consultant to join on. The BC Specialist will need to provide functional and technical consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software projects, and understand, communicate, interpret, and document business processes and requirements, resulting in a high level of client satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:

* Lead multiple company implementation engagements with business units, including complex configurations, development and integration requirements.
* Work directly with business units financial, project and distribution clients to share best practices, gather functional requirements, identify functional gaps, develop functional design documents and related solution design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC software to meet business requirements
* Utilize ERP implementation standards and tools/documents
* Convert data from legacy system into Dynamics BC ERP system
* Demonstrate our Dynamics BC ERP product to existing and prospective business units; provide user training and support throughout implementation
* Provide post implementation support
* Attain product certifications as necessary
* Provide oversight, training and mentorship to junior level (Associate Consultants)
* Maintain core competencies: client focus, knowledge and skills, driving results, communication, teamwork and relationships, personal excellence, business insight, leadership, coaching and developing others

Benefits:
