Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:

* Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, with a specific focus on supply chain modules.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain processes, requirements, and challenges.
* Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of client's supply chain operations.

Business Process Analysis:

* Conduct comprehensive analysis of client's existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Provide recommendations on best practices and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Customization and Integration:

* Customize Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to align with specific supply chain work flows and business rules.
* Integrate Microsoft Dynamics Business Central with other relevant systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.

*

Training and Support:

* Conduct training sessions for end-users and client stakeholders on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central functionality related to supply chain management.
* Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of implemented solutions.

*

Quality Assurance:

* Perform thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with client requirements.
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and make continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

* Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions.
* Proven track record of successfully leading supply chain-focused implementation projects.

Technical Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, with a specialization in supply chain modules.
* Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics Business Central to meet specific business requirements.
* Experience with data migration, integration, and system customization.

Communication and Collaboration:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

*

Certifications:

* Microsoft Dynamics Business Central certifications are highly desirable.
