Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Business Central Technical Practice Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our technical team in the design, development, and implementation of D365 Business Central solutions tailored to the unique needs of the precious metals industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in D365 Business Central and related technologies to both internal teams and external clients.

Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect custom D365 Business Central solutions that meet client requirements.

Development: Lead and oversee the development of customizations, extensions, and integrations within D365 Business Central.

Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices, technical approaches, and system optimizations.

Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of developers and technical consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of technical deliverables, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with our sales and project management teams to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and propose technical solutions.

ISV Integration: Leverage your knowledge of the precious metals industry to explore opportunities for integrating our ISV solutions with D365 Business Central.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 Business Central, Microsoft technologies, and the precious metals industry.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
* Microsoft certifications related to D365 Business Central are a strong plus.
* Proven experience in leading technical teams in the design and development of D365 Business Central solutions.
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its underlying technologies.
* Familiarity with the precious metals industry and its specific operational challenges is a significant advantage.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Project management experience is a plus.

Benefits:

* Salary of $150k-160k
* Commission on any new clients brought in
