Job Description: We are currently seeking a full-time Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations professional who possesses the expertise to provide seasoned and expert consultation and guidance to both new and existing Dynamics D365 F&O clientele. The ideal candidate will exhibit a comprehensive understanding of a broad spectrum of business processes, including but not limited to Quote-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Sale, Bank Reconciliation, Integrations, Finance, Production, and Project Accounting. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in steering and actively participating in various facets of D365 F&O implementations, such as system design, initialization, database management, integration design, fit-gap analysis, training, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead customer design and discovery sessions.
* Spearhead Dynamics ERP System and Module Setup and Configuration.
* Maintain comprehensive Design Decision documentation, encompassing Solution Design and Project Plans.
* Offer direction and guidance for Proof of Concept initiatives.
* Develop Functional Specification documents for necessary customizations.
* Conduct thorough testing, deployment, and validation to ensure solutions align with project or customer requirements.
* Assist clients in the seamless migration of master, historical, and transactional data.
* Create test scripts and lead Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing sessions.
* Generate User Guides and facilitate user training sessions.
* Produce financial statements as required.
* Deliver ongoing Customer Support Services.
* Contribute to pre-sales demonstrations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
* Experience in implementing Dynamics AX and D365 F&O ERP solutions.
* Proficiency in navigating and leveraging multiple Office 365 environments.
* Expertise in Financials, Banking, Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Consolidation, Project Accounting, and Production modules.
* Successful track record in implementing new Dynamics systems, including system configuration, data setup, and imports.
* Solid comprehension of existing network and cloud-based applications and capabilities.
* Exceptional communication, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Microsoft certifications are preferred.
* Willingness to undertake necessary training and certification examinations
