Position: Power BI Developer

Reports to: CFO

Position Overview As an ERP Business/Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing business unit requests, resources, and deliverables. Your focus will be on prioritizing and assessing business impact, coordinating activities within the organization and with external partners, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating business requirements, providing system support, and maintaining clear and effective communication with users.

Primary Responsibilities

* Lead multiple concurrent projects aimed at enhancing, upgrading, or improving the Business System to drive greater efficiency's within the organization.
* Provide comprehensive ERP support, including data maintenance, reporting solutions, workflow design and management, and root cause analysis.
* Develop and maintain data models of ERP data, historical data, and third-party data using tools like Synapse and other ETL and API-related software.
* Enhance the architecture of BI solutions, monitor performance, and uphold robust data governance and change management practices.
* Conduct regression testing of ERP system upgrades and patches.
* Evaluate business unit requests:

* Analyze request category, determining scope, level of work, and resource requirements.
* Create comprehensive business requirement documents, including workflows and diagrams, supplemented by visual aids when necessary.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of deliverables through rigorous testing.

* Develop, track, and communicate project plans and status updates to business users.
* Maintain an up-to-date ERP system diagram, encompassing integration's, data sources, manual uploads, and more.

Qualifications

* Experience in project management or relevant systems implementation.
* Proficiency in relational databases, Synapse, or SQL Server SSIS packages is preferred.
* Power BI
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle and management.
* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage with users through presentations, designs, and visuals.
* Excellent multitasking capabilities, managing numerous projects and competing demands effectively.
* Proven experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
