Position Overview: As a Principal Developer, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge software solutions that seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will be responsible for architecting, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality software that transforms our clients' A/P processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, fellow developers, and QA engineers, to deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of custom A/P Automation solutions tailored to Business Central environments.
* Architect scalable and efficient software modules that integrate seamlessly with Business Central and provide value-added automation capabilities.
* Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and align development efforts with business goals.
* Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the development team.
* Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews, implementing best practices, and utilizing appropriate tools.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customer challenges.
* Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and propose enhancements to improve product functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record of designing and developing successful ISV products or custom solutions for Business Central.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and AL
* Strong understanding of database design, SQL optimization, and integration techniques.
* Familiarity with cloud technologies and Azure services is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Exceptional teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and engage with customers.
