IT CRM & ECOM Service Manager


IT CRM & ECOM Service Manager (Hybrid)


* Technical guidance and support to the teams and building a solid and reliable software ecosystem
* Select and advise the most appropriate technologies and design software architectures and solutions to meet goals and objectives
* Hands on configuration / customisation, integration, documentation, and coordination of multiple software solutions and systems
* Monitoring activities on business systems
* Providing guidance to, supporting and working with various Stakeholders (internal, software vendors, implementation agencies)
* Business Users, Business Partners, Systems' Key-Users and technical IT roles
* Coordination of external vendors and oversight cost/licensing budget


* 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, system solution architecture or similar Technical IT roles
* Required hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
* Knowledge of systems such as Mobile CRM, E-commerce platforms CMS platforms
* Experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles, interfacing and integrating systems
* Self-motivated and self-managing, proactive and with strong organizational skills
* Fluent in Italian and English
