Job Title: Business Central Engagement Manager



Job Description:

A Microsoft Gold Partner is currently seeking Engagement Managers who possess a warm, approachable demeanour and extensive knowledge of the product. They should have experience working with clients and be dedicated to investing their time in fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service, information, and support.
* This includes providing training on Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central, as well as conducting mini demos to showcase the solution.
* You must also keep customers informed about the latest updates and technologies.
* Additionally, you will help customers improve their processes and overcome any challenges they may be facing using existing modules within Dynamics NAV & 365 Business Central.
* You will introduce new tools and products and drive necessary changes.
* Your focus should always be on understanding customer needs and finding ways to make the system work for them.
* You will coordinate change requests internally with our Projects Team and establish dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality.
* Finally, you will ensure the CRM system is up to date at all times.



Qualifications:

* Ideally 3+ years' experience working with Dynamics NAV/Business Central
* Confident relationship creator
* Initiative and proactive approach
* Be able to work on your own and an approachable team member
* Hard working, flexible and objective
