D365 F&O Consultant - Miami - Remote - $155,000

Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) will use best practices and methodologies to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for our clients. This consultant will work extensively with internal teams, customers and vendors providing subject matter expertise and practical implementation experience. This is an experienced consultant position and you must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role is expected to fulfill a full range of functional implementation tasks, from pre-sales support, business requirements gathering, and design/configuration to testing, training, and customer support independently and with a team.

Function

* Learn, use, and promote the implementation of this partner's methodology
* Conduct client meetings to gather business requirements and describe the solution
* Perform gap analysis from requirements to proposed solution
* Complete design/configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and key third-party products
* Complete documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documents
* Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integration-based requirements
* Lead all tasks related to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing
* Provide end user training to clients in one on one, webinar and classroom style settings
* Provide application support to clients
* Call the help desk to help
* Work with management to keep projects on schedule and recommend work to meet deadlines
* Assist him with tasks such as seminars and studies
* Provide demonstrations of customer solutions
* Design/create financial statements with Management Notary and other financial reporting tools
* Mentor Solution Consultants
* Support ERP Consulting Manager with various services
* Obtain and maintain ERP solutions certifications, as applicable
* Exemplify professional, clear, and timely communication in all interactions to include -ups where possible

Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 5+ Microsoft Dynamics has 365 years of F&O solution implementation experience
* 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
* Strong understanding of program implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, project management, quality management, change management
* Strong Financial module experience with accounting background
* Experience with the Supply Chain Management module
* Valid driver's license and insurance
* Applicants must be subject to government security investigations and tribulation and meet eligibility requirements for the clearance process.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* 365 Microsoft Office experience
