R&D Team Lead

Job Description

The client is a global retail software disruptor. Within this role you have the opportunity to influence their development roadmap, manage multiple concurrent projects, make sure the progress stays on track, brainstorm to develop new applications and features, whilst act as a mentor for the development team on best practises.

During the upcoming year there is a plan to merge together the development teams of Belgium and Netherlands, and you'd have the opportunity to be at the forefront of this project and become the ultimate manager of this merged R&D division.

Skills & Qualifications

* Extensive knowledge within the .Net/ C# framework.
* Comfort in best practices within Software Architecture.
* Willingness to share and advocate innovative ideas to improve product platform.
* Ambition to build culture, and experience leading a Team.
* Affinity to disrupt the Retail software industry.
* Familiarity with Progress OpenEdge is considered a big plus.
