Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV Support Analyst

Job Description

Actively seeking an experienced Business Systems Support Analyst, who can offer experience supporting D365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV systems, for an exciting new role with an established service sector business. The company are a leading player within their industry niche and have interesting projects planned for digital transformation across the business; predominantly involving their business critical BC system. This new role within this business will centre around the day to day management and support of their business critical ERP solution, D365 BC; alongside other applications such as Dynamics CRM and PLM.

The role operates on a hybrid working basis, with expectation of 2-3 days per week working from modern, South London offices.

Role & Responsibilities

* Day to day 1st/ 2nd line D365 Business Central, CRM, PLM support analysis
* Troubleshooting system issues, debugging
* Support the install, config & testing of new system advancements
* Working closely with 3rd party provider to ensure successfull support delivery
* Leadership and mentoring of small team

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in the support, analysis and improvement of Dynamics NAV/ Dynamics 365 Business Central software
* Experience supporting wider business solutions such as PLM or CRM software
* 1st/ 2nd line systems support analysis experience
* Excellent customer service skills both face to face and remote
* Ability to coach and mentor junior members of staff
* Confident communication/ stakeholder engagement skills
