D365/F&O Business Analyst

Job Description:

In this role, we are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Senior Business Analyst - You will work with our ERP system while implementing and setting up the software to maximize business processes. The position is responsible for participating in business process design, setup and testing of the system, training users, and providing support to business users after going live.


Role & Responsibilities:

Actively participate in the first implementation of D365 Finance and Operations. Work with external vendors assisting with rollout to help understand the setup, configure, and test the system.
* Become extremely knowledgeable in the setup and configuration of D365 Finance and Operations.
* Work with business stakeholders and users to understand their needs and requirements and design, configure and implement the system to meet their needs.
* You will translate business processes, master data, and other operational knowledge into requirements.
* You will manage small projects by identifying issues, requirements and putting together project plans to track and manage.
* You will create system modules, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide directions to system programmers.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Sense of urgency to complete activities during implementation as well as when supplying support
* Knowledge of network, PC operations system, network hardware, protocol, and standards.
* 6+ years of hands-on experience
* Previous experience with ERP implementation of Microsoft AX, or similar ERP.
