Testing Assurance Manager - Up to �65,000

The client are a multinational bank looking to hire a Testing Assurance Manager to join their Security team.



The role is hybrid, having been described as 20% office based and 80% home based.



The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of penetration testing and how it works but this is not a pen tester role.



The ideal candidate will have well rounded knowledge of cyber security frameworks and standards such as ISO27001/NIST.



The successful candidates will be able to:

* Be able to articulate technical concepts and security risk to non-technical clients
* Support business and technical areas in identifying high-quality resolutions to control concerns
* Be able to work independently or head a team of control testers on critical infrastructure and/or applications
* Understand the security strategies and technologies around, but not limited to; vulnerability and risk management and Secure Software Development Lifecycles
* Solid understanding of information security frameworks and standards such as ISO27001/NIST and their application into diverse environments
* 3 years+ of management experience
